My name is Steph Mahrle-Mishra, I am the owner of Good Karma Training. I am a licensed New York State dog trainer that offers board and train services for basic obedience training, and dog behavior modification. I can confidently resolve a host of dog behavioral issues which is not limited to aggression, anxiety, and fear. Training includes basic dog obedience, such as proper leash walking, "sit", "down", and "come" to a variety of breeds from puppies to adult dogs. Would you like to get to know me more before training with me? Check out my blog. I train off leash advanced obedience using a method of low level remote collar training. Good Karma Training services the Northern New Jersey area (including Glen Rock, Ridgewood, Paramus, Newark, South Orange, Bayonne, Jersey City, Hoboken, Elizabeth, Livingston, Clifton, Montclair, Verona, Nutley, Short Hills, Chatham, Millburn, Berkeley Heights). My proven method of balanced dog training brings peace and harmony into the lives of my committed clients who recognize that real change is possible when balanced training is consistently applied. I look forward to bringing peace into your life!

Wisdom of Dogs

Dogs inspire us to live in the moment. Dogs encourage us to persevere and to adapt to all situations and opportunities.  Whether you choose to rescue, adopt, or purchase, having a dog in your life can provide an incredible source of companionship. Obedience training can improve the level of companionship between you and your dog. It is important to establish that you are the pack leader. I can teach you and your dog the rules and boundaries of a healthy pack. Learn more about whether I am the right dog trainer for your pack by clicking here
